Membership Application

Ford Model A ownership is not required to become a member!

The membership application is the same for families or individuals. Families only need to submit one application. The first person listed on the application will be treated as the primary member on the account and responsible for the annual membership fee.

Note that as a member you and/or your cars may appear in photo albums of club events posted on this site.

Submit your application using the form below. Only one application is required per family. Membership dues must be mailed in separately to Sonoma A’s, as shown at right.

As a member, your contact information will be added to our club roster, available only to club members.

Membership Dues

Sonoma A's dues are $50 for the first year or portion there of. If you join in October through December you will have a paid membership included for the following year. Dues become $20 per year thereafter. Your membership entitles you to all the benefits enjoyed by more than 80 families and includes the award winning Grapevine Gazette newsletter emailed monthly to members. (By special request the newsletter can be mailed through USPS for an additional $25 annual fee. Please check corresponding button on the membership form and include the fee with your dues)

Membership in the Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA) is required and their annual dues are $50 to be paid directly to them.

Please inquire about limited FREE MAFCA memberships for first-time MAFCA members!

  2. Mail a completed application and a check for $50 to the Sonoma A's.

  3. Mail a completed MAFCA application and a check for $50 to MAFCA.

    Note: Once you receive your new MAFCA number, please let our membership chair know.
